Glenn Ewing is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for technology and its role in helping businesses reach their goals. Inspired by his father's electronics store, Electronic City, Glenn founded EC Group in 1998. Under Glenn’s leadership, EC Group has successfully navigated the ever-evolving technology landscape to become one of Southern Arizona’s most trusted cybersecurity and IT providers. Glenn’s contributions to the Tucson business community extend beyond the tech industry. In 2013, he partnered with his two sons and acquired Gibson’s Office Solutions. His boys have turned this venture into the largest office supply dealer in Pima County, with an office in Mesa to serve Maricopa County. Glenn is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Tucson and Executive’s Association of Tucson.

Luis Figueroa is a seasoned General Manager for EC Group. Luis has been instrumental in driving technical innovation for EC Group for over 40 years. Joining in 1981, Luis has evolved alongside the company, leading key projects with clients to save them money and run their businesses more efficiently. Luis has been the leader at EC Group when it comes to the vendors we choose to partner with and mentoring our team of technicians along the way. Known for his strategic approach to solving complex IT challenges, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to EC Group.

John is a seasoned technology strategist and security advisor bringing over two decades of leadership experience across the IT and Broadband sectors. As a decorated Air Force Veteran, his expertise lies at the critical intersection of robust network infrastructure and advanced cybersecurity defense. In an era dominated by cyber extortion, John specializes in hardening digital assets against modern threats, ensuring client data integrity and business continuity. He partners with organizations—from residential to growing SMBs—to architect resilient, high-performance technology ecosystems. His commitment to operational excellence is paralleled by a disciplined approach to life, complementing his technical acumen with proven endurance and discipline.

Niko Plant graduated from the University of Arizona in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Cyber Operations, with an emphasis on defense and forensics. He also completed the Cyber Warfare Certificate program before starting his role at EC Group.

Nick was born in Phoenix, Arizona, where he began building the foundation of a life defined by service, discipline, and leadership. He went on to serve 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he specialized in operating and defending Air Force networks. Throughout his military career, Nick developed extensive expertise in cybersecurity, playing a critical role in protecting vital systems and infrastructure.

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Nick transitioned into the private sector and currently serves as a Cybersecurity Administrator for EC Group. In this role, he leverages his deep technical knowledge and experience to strengthen organizational security while also mentoring help desk technicians. He is passionate about developing others and regularly trains team members on new systems and emerging technologies, helping ensure high-quality service for EC Group’s clients.

Known for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence, Nick brings a strong sense of integrity and teamwork to everything he does. His ability to guide and support others reflects both his military background and his ongoing commitment to professional growth within the cybersecurity field.

Outside of his career, Nick is a proud husband and father of three. He values family time and enjoys spending his free time hiking and creating lasting memories with those closest to him.

Eli Vosburgh works with a background in both Computer Science and Information Technology, having completed college-level courses in both fields. At EC Group, he continues to widen the scope and depth of this knowledge by means of firsthand experience in helpdesk, maintenance, and customer support.

Adam Levenson has been with EC Group for over 20 years, and he graduated in 2004 with an AA degree in Network Administration from Arizona Institute of Business and Technology. He is A+ Certified.

Zach is a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong passion for technology and problem-solving. Experienced in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, Zach provides efficient technical support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

With a customer-focused mindset, Zach prioritizes timely solutions and excellent service, helping individuals and organizations stay productive and secure. Zach continuously stays updated on emerging technologies and best practices to deliver reliable and effective IT support.
